Video Production Rates

Rates for a completed video or raw footage are based on pre-production days + shoot days + editing days + additional costs such as, music licensing and or travel expenses.

Pre-production

$275 / half day , $550 / full day

• Projects that require in depth pre-production work such as meetings, creative storyboarding, booking additional crew, location permitting will come with an associated cost relating to the estimated number of pre-production days.

Cinematography Rate

$450 / day (up to 2 hours on location) , $750 (2-5 hours on location) , $1,150 (5-8 hours on location)

• Includes: Panasonic GH5S 4k cinema camera package, Ronin gimbal, portable softbox lighting, and audio lave.

• Drone Cinematography Add-On: Up to 2 hours of drone for $325. Price only available with a Cinematography package

Editing Rate

$550 / day (Editing, Sounds Mixing, Coloring.) or $75 / hour

• Music Licensing - $50-$500 per song (may vary)

Travel Rate

$325 / travel day (does not include travel costs + lodging)

• For shoots requiring an additional day to or from location. All travel expenses are required from client.

• All shoot over 120 miles away requires at $74 daily per diem

DRONE DAY RATE (FAA LICENSED)

$850 / day (up to 4 hours on location) , $1,300 / day (for up to 8 hours on location)*

• Includes: Drone: DJI Mavic 3 Obsidian (5.1K/50fps, 4K/120fps , FOV: 84°)

• FAA Certificate Number: #4015093 . Aerials restricted to US Laws provided by the Federal Aviation Administration.

• 2 million liability insurance policy included

*Most drone shoots require 1 pre production prep day per shoot day.
